While repair was ok, it took a long time for the repair to be completed especially for damage that was not extensive. I had to pay out of pocket for rental vehicle during this time which added up to a significant amount. Will most likely not bring vehicle back to Gerber Collision for repairs in the future unless a loaner vehicle or compensation for rental vehicle is offered. Overall, VERY frustrating and disappointing experience.

Looking at the vehicle after the repair, I am satisfied with the job that you have performed on it. The only thing that bothered me was the time frame that you said it would take to repair it. And thank God, it was much, much less. I would suggest that you try to get closer to the actual time when you give the time estimate That it is going to take to fix it. But other than that, I am happy with what you've done. And I'm sure my son-in-law who I'm going to sell the vehicle to will be happy with the work that you performed on the vehicle Thank you Very much Lloyd Wyckoff
