I did not like that they didn't repair the small dent / crack on the body of my car.

We disagreed on a part of my car that should have been fixed. They said a dent in the body of my car wasn't caused by the accident and I disagreed with them.

Found Customer service staff friendly. Office clean . While not familiar with oak forest area Crystal gave me clear landmark directions. Car was finished with in up dated time frame given due to storms Gerber did great job on repairs couldn’t tell Car was damaged Could not find my phone after car picked up I called Gerber office they put me on hold couldn’t find my phone and then called me back to say she found my phone & boy was I happy . I appreciate the time It took continuing to check for my phone. I’d recommend Gerber Oak Forest office to my friends
