Customer service was great. They explained the process from drop off to pick up. Completed the repairs early. My car was extremely dirty and they took time to clean out for me which they did not have to do. The lady who handled the desk is so polite

I was so upset when my car had an attempted theft. My insurance company recommended Gerber and since it was near by, I agreed. They communicated with me every step of the way and were right on time with repairs. They went above and beyond with taking care of my car and made the process go so smoothly. Everyone there was awesome and they even detailed my car, bright it to me at my home and returned my rental car for me. I would recommend Gerber Collision and Glass in Oak Forest to anyone. A bad experience became so comforting with this place. I'm so grateful for their work and personal attention!
