I would have given the workmanship a 10 except for a loose retaining clip on the left side. I located the area where the rattle came from and reattached the clip

Van was supposed to be completed by Friday. Went to go pick up the van and there was a scratch on the new bumper and paint wasn't sanded properly to the correct finish. So the van had to be left there over the weekend. Come Monday no call from the manager to apologize or say when my van would be fixed. Around 4:45p.m. I received a phone call by the manager Freddysayin my van was finished. I began to ask why my van wasn't fixed to the right standards and he began to say that the bumper and grill were by far better than anything else on my vs because there is other things wrong with my van. Freddy then continued to tel me what else was wrong with my car, not having anything to do with the work that needed to be done. Unprofessional! If it wasn't for the woman at the front desk I would have called corporate. She was amazing and someone like her needs to be manager to handle customer service!
