Stephanie at your Oak Forest location was very good and took care of us. The Burbank location did exactly what we asked him not to do and that was to have the car for two days before they did any work on it. Also Burbank had the car towed to Oak Forest and and between there in Oak Forest, two pairs of expensive sunglasses were stole out of our car but again Stephanie did take care of the take care of us.

I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience with Gerber. Everyone was very professional from the moment I walked through the door to get the initial estimate from the time I picked up my car when the work was done. Oscar was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining everything that would be done. Crystal, who I believe was the receptionist, was also very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant throughout the process and my car was ready on the exact day they said it would be ready. Also the updates I received via text on the stages of repair the car was going through were much appreciated. The technicians did a wonderful job returning the car to the condition it was in before the accident. They did excellent work. I am very satisfied. They even cleaned the car inside and out and it looks wonderful. I would not hesitate using Gerber again if needed and would highly recommend. Thank you. Great job!

This is the second time I have been to Gerber with this car. This latest occasion they had my car in and out within 4 days and I was very satisfied with the results. They work with my insurance to help me get a rental car so I can still work. The staff are very professional and I had updates daily on the progress. I highly recommend.
