I was told my vehicle was going to be done on a Wednesday. Then it was changed to Friday after receiving a phone call that all that was needed was for it to be painted and washed. Then on Monday the following week, I was told that it just needed to be washed.then Tuesday I received a call that the vehicle was ready and would be at the original location Wednesday morning. I called around noon and it still wasn’t there. Finally at 5:02 pm the original location called me and said my vehicle just got there but that everyone was leaving for the day so I can pick up the next morning. Mind you I live not even 5 minutes away but no one wanted to wait a few minutes for me to pick up, even after I had called twice that day to see if my vehicle had arrived and they knew I was looking to pick it up that day. I get in my vehicle and someone cleaned out my vehicle and everything I had in there is now gone. Some personal stuff and items from people who have recently just deceased are now gone. I never asked for my vehicle to be cleaned out nor was I called and asked if I wanted it cleaned out. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
