I’m a long standing customer of Rachel’s, which was purchased by Gerber. Prior, I would not take my vehicle to Gerber. This is my first time so we’ll see what happens if I see something that doesn’t look right. The day after I received my vehicle back, I left for a 3 week vacation. I only commented on the obvious.

The experience was completely amazing. From the time I dropped it off until the pickup. I was Captain formed several times throughout the repair process. Everything was explained to me and all my questions were answered. Joanna and Rich were excellent in everything that they did. Which is a direct reflection on management. I'm hopeful not to have to be a repeat customer. But shouldn't need a rise they will be my number one choice. The staff could actually hold a clinic on customer service.

The level of service that I experienced was nothing short of excellent !! I was updated consistently and all my questions were answered . I never felt in the dark . From the front desk Joanna to my advisor Rich and even the manager all were amazing!!! The staff can hold a clinic on customer service! I hope not to need them again . But if the need arises .. I will certainly head back to Gerber Oakland!!!
