From my first contact with Gerber, the staff kept in touch with me.to move repairs to my vehicle forward as quickly as possible. I was without use of my vehicle for only 3 days and they provided thoughtful service by delivering my car to my home as soon as repairs were completed. In particular, both Gage and April connected with me throughout the process, from getting approval from the driver's insurance to completion of the repairs on my vehicle. This was the worst experience. They told me to take my car in to get fixed and after it was in the shop for 5 days, they sent it to investigations and denied work that was already being done. The reps I dealt with were rude and made me feel like I was doing something wrong. I will never use travelers for my family's insurance.
