The process was longer than normal, but not at all due to Gerber. Actually, Gerber one of their inspections found that one of the parts that was sent in as a replacement for a broken part had a crack in it. They immediately stopped the process and began a thorough inspection of the remaining parts, and throughout the rest of the process were quite vigorous in making sure that every step met the high Gerber standard that they work by. Their staff is amazing. Demetrius was in constant contact with me keeping me up to date on all aspects of the repair process. I cannot recommend Gerber Collision highly enough!! They have a customer for life with me!!
