I recently had my car repaired at Gerber Collision and was truly amazed by their outstanding customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the entire process stress-free. Even better, the work was completed so quickly, I could hardly believe it! This was actually my second time bringing a vehicle to Gerber, and both experiences have been nothing short of excellent. Their consistency, professionalism, and care have earned my trust, and I honestly wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

The workmanship seems to match prior condition, was completed in a professional and timely fashion, and I was kept informed throughout the process. I am very satisfied and would recommend their work highly. My only concern was noticing after pick up that the blinker for the repaired area was out, requiring me to return for a quick repair. However, the repair was swiftly completed, and apologies were readily made.
