Not yet. I hope they will be able to figure out how to fix the seat belt attachment, but I'm not overly confident.

The repair team was super nice and seemed to have the repairs well under control. They advised me of a few minor issues they discovered after removing the side/rear metal frame & repaired them. I didn't notice a problem with the seatbelt retractor until I got home. I called them about it & was told that they would irder a new control piece & would fix it. A few days later they had me come in, said it would take about 30 minutes & I waited there. Unfortunately, they weren't able to repair it & didn't seem to know what to do. They have scheduled me for an appointment on 5/18 when one of the other technicians can remove the side panel & repair it. I'll need to get a rental again. I'm not very confident that it will be fixed, but I'm willing to give them 1 more atrempt.

Oscar was fantastic! He was pleasant, thorough, always happy with a smile. For that matter, every single person in Gerber Collison and Glass Repair located in Orangevale was friendly. We were always acknowledged by more than one person with a friendly face and with a "how can we help you." If my husband and I could give them a 20 on a scale of 1-10 we would. They are off the chart. They are all awesome!!!!!

I like the service I received from Gary. He do an excellent job of communicating everything and was very kind. I’d give a 10 but there was gray paint droppings on my front bumper of my white truck. I came in to get my fender repaired and painted.
