Finished job looks great. Although the completion time stretched out over a week which cost us more for the rental car. Generally it was a good experience with the rental car. Nice to be able to return it to Gerber and not Enterprise.

Toward the end, there was regular communication regarding the ridiculous delays in getting my car repaired and returned to me. They communicated minimally, at best, in the beginning, when they realized the repairs were more extensive

They had my truck for 7 working days and I need to take it back. The paint failed and they missed areas they needed to be fixed. They also missed the window that need to be replaced. They will need my truck for another 2 to 3 days.
