One part of one door was missing from the carton, but Gerber said they will call me to install it when they recieve it.

The whole process of getting my vehicle repaired after the accident was easy and seemed to be designed to provide the best in customer service! My AAA rep was extremely responsive and the staff at Gerber was also friendly and service oriented. My vehicle seems to have been restored to its proper condition and It looks great and drives well!
