Great communication. Messages sent every other day to advise me of their progress. My car was completed a day early. Looked beautiful. No clue it had been hit by another car. Washed inside and out. A huge bonus was their relationship with the paying insurance company. They advised me about the rental car procedure. They advised Enterprise to pick me up when I dropped my car off and take me to get my rental. I was able to leave the rental at the shop when my car was done. Super seamless.

Because of their ratings, I expected Gerber to do a good job on our bodywork repair. The repair exceeded my expectations!! I can’t even tell that a repair was done, including the paint finish.
