I was told that my car would be done by Nov. 28 only to be told on that day that it would be another 2 weeks. When I showed up to get my car when it was "for sure" going to be ready it wasn't. I was told it just needed washed so I chose to wait. There clearly was more that needed done because as soon as I drove it and turned off the car the entire electronic system went out. Now it is back in your shop for who knows how much longer. I feel like I just got a bunch of excuses why my car wasn't ready and that the customer wasn't important. Definitely not a satisfied customer!

Ron and his staff worked VERY well with me and the person who hit my truck. They made it easy, fast, kept in contact the entire time and call backs. They even washed my truck YAY :)!!! Additional charges were applied without notification making it more expensive than the original agreed upon quote. The automated text message system notified me that the repair was 52% done and that it would take another eight days before my vehicle would be ready to pick up. This prompted me to rent a vehicle from Hertz. I was then called shortly after renting a vehicle that my vehicle was ready to be picked up that day. I returned the rental vehicle and was charged for one day. The Gerber receptionist made it right and later credited me for the expense of the rental vehicle.
