Getting charged $167 for a rust spot is not cool. I will go elsewhere next time. It's true, insurance and auto shops are in cahoots.

This is my second experience here and I would return again. It would really by nice if you offered loaner vehicles for those of us who dont have insurance car rental coverage. I would probably take my car to someplace that did offer a free loaner before one that didn't.
