Ron, I must have been one of the more difficult customers you had to deal with. As you could maybe tell, I am a bit OCD about my car. The entire time we were in communication, you were nothing but kind, courteous and patient. I genuinely appreciate your care for my car and you even noticed the scratch on the dash panel and replaced it. Again, thank you and your entire team for getting me back on the road.
