I will be bringing my car back. The repair was done incorrectly. My bumper does not line up to the fender and the rest of the front and is discolored and does not match. Very disappointed.

Darcy was great with her communication. Kept in touch for the most part yet I did have to call in for questions. Conversations with my husband were a bit off, when he went to pick up he mentioned the parts don’t line up and was told well, you can bring it back. Yet it implies your shop doesn’t do it right the first time.

After visiting 3 other body shops, Gerber was the only shop that would help me solve the issue with my door latch roblem on my 2003 Chev. S-10 pickup. They gave me an price estimate and they honored the estimate even when the repair took longer to complete than originally stated.

Upon pickup I discovered that the backup light cover was cracked/broken. This was a brand new component of the replaced bumper assembly—the reason I was in for repair. Darcey handled the issue with grace and we agreed I would take the car while she orders the replacement part. I am trusting that I can bring my car back for a quick changeout while I wait. I hope that was the right decision. We shall see.

I recently took my Honda to the Gerber shop in Oregon City after a fender bender, and once again, they did a fantastic job. This wasn't my first time using them, and the experience was just as great as before. The folks in the front office are always so kind and chill, which really takes the stress out of the situation. They handled the entire process directly with my insurance, making it completely hassle-free for me. Communication was excellent throughout, even when a couple of parts got delayed, they kept me updated every step of the way. The repair looks perfect! While I obviously hope I don’t have to see them again anytime soon for another accident (lol), I already plan on bringing my truck in next to get an estimate on some pre-existing damage. Plus, since they do glass repair, they will definitely be my go-to the next time a stray rock chips my windshield. If you need body or glass work done, this is the place to go!
