I love the text/email updates on the car repair, but it conflicts with what the employees say when they call, so why have it? All my text updates said my car would be done 12/10. When I talked to the rep who said last week of November, they acknowledged the discrpency and said they would bump ours down until priority bc we are traveling that week. I received a text update Tuesday confirming 12/10. I got a call 2 days later, 12/28 at 2pm, saying to come get it by end of business??!! And bring $500. No wiggle room or you get charged $35/day storage. So hubby scrambled showed up with $500 on a dime in between trying to get 3 college students back to an arbor and east Lansing, and they can’t take cash??? And the drank jockey was beyond rude. Then they lied and said they told me no cash. Not only was that wrong, but the paperwork I signed said we would have 24 hours to pick it up not three hours before they closed at 5 PM. I’d say I’d never be back but it seems like every Collision repair company in the area sucks and the staff is rude. So I guess just don’t crash your car so you don’t have to deal with this bullshit business.
