My car was not returned on time. It took almost 1 week extra than original quoted date. And Gerber shop did not even cover the whole rental car expense for the extra days they had my car. My car return was postponed 3 times and I was informed at very last minute every single time. When the car was returned, it was not even cleaned properly and there were stains on the rear car seat. I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

I was kept aware of the progress of my car all the way through. Everyone that I came in contact with was very pleasant and helpful.. I certainly would recommend Gerber collision.to anyone that needed collision work performed to their car.

everyone was very helpful and pleasant to work with. They kept me advised from day one to pick up date as to how my car was doing. The car looked great. Didn’t even look like I had anything done to it. It just looked very very good. There are concerned as to make sure that I was satisfied and that I was kept updated from day one. I would definitely recommend them.
