I was very satisfied with the work done on the vehicle, but at the very end, I was not satisfied with the way that Jerry treated my wife and the Allstate claim agent over the phone today. He was very rude as well as I believe her name was Tiffany at the Orion location. We’ve never had anyone at Gerber be disrespectful or treat anyone with rudeness so it was very disappointing. Any time we’ve had to have repair to any of our vehicles we’ve always chosen Gerber because of the quality work and customer service experience. Unfortunately we didn’t have great customer experience this time around.

I was very satisfied at the beginning with the customer service. However, on the day that I was told the vehicle was ready customer service, Jerry from Commerce and Tiffany I believe is her name from Orion were quite rude. Jerry was very rude to my wife as well as the Allstate her agent on the phone, which was very disappointing and upsetting to her. We have always selected Gerber for any of our vehicle repairs as needed because of previous quality repairs and great customer service. We did not have that this time around and it’s very unfortunate. In addition the Allstate agent was very disappointed with Jerry’s behavior as well. Just this incident could be a game changer for us if there were ever a need to possibly taking our business elsewhere.
