the staff was nice and helpful but one issue was I was under the impression the parts were put on order and after 5 days I called and none of the parts were pre-ordered and I had to wait another week to drop my car off. other than that miscommunication service was good.

First of all Gerber Collision took 11 weeks to repair my car after it was hit as a parked car in a parking lot which me and my insurance company are very upset second the man we were dealing with through it all was rude very unprofessional and just didn't think he took to long at all as I had to walk all winter long never offered a rental or nothing and third they are charging our insurance company for things they didn't even do to the car couldn't be more frustrated at them than I am now!!!!
