The only reason I’m giving a two is because the shops attempt to communicate honestly. The original work was performed and the porter drove my car into the building affecting the back third of the drivers side of the car. The shop took responsibility and fixed the damage on a car I owned 6 week with less than 3k miles on it. The car was towed to my house but the inside was filthy. Windows, seats, interior roof… white powder all over interior and then also on the exterior. If you are going to do extensive damage to a brand new vehicle and take responsibility you should also detail it inside and out and make sure you clean up after yourself. Honestly accidents happen (even though I believe this incident to be reckless disregard) but if you truly wanted to resolve the issue the manager would have looked over the car and made sure it was clean

The customer service exceptional. The young lady at the front desk is a model for others to follow- always professional, and friendly, patient and responsive. She made what could have been a very negative experience, tolerable and even pleasant. I also appreciate the close working relationship with Enterprise- made the process seamless with drop off and delivery of rental car.

maybe they take on too much business but car was late, not enough updates, they damaged my car, called me in when my car wasn't complete, and didn't clean my car or protect it from repair dust.
