Gerber seems to give themselves a lot of leeway in their promise date. The staff at my local Gerber Collision Center was very professional in keeping me informed as to when it would actually be ready for pickup. Other than that I am 100% satisfied with the work done and staff members.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities but more so with the staff at gerber. Each and everyone was calm, professional, and genuinly seemed happy not only to help but to be there. Thanks for a great experience I will definitely recommend Gerber. And the work is amazing too! Can't tell it was even damaged!

Was not told about all the details of the car rental ...what Gerber pays and what I pay. Car not ready when promised although I had confirmed date 2 days earlier. Lastly had to wait 30 minutes for someone figure out how to process paperwork, etc... so I could leave. Not a good experience!!!,
