This was a second accident and second time getting our car repaired at gerber and as always gerber has done a terrific job! Our car again looks just like new and everyone is always friendly nice and giving updates on repairing the car. excellent customer service! unfortunately my mom got into a minor car accident I recommended gerber to my dad and he was also pleased with gerber! Then I got into an accident and gerber did their magic thank you to everyone at gerber!

When pickinh up my car they were not prepared and tools were old and not working properly. Then when picking my car up i was given my car with the check engine light on and it wasnt on when i gave my car to gerber. Then when driving my car it had to get new tires on due to them being stolen but when driving my car the back two tires made a thud noise and that was not how mycr was before. Customer service patricia on the south west highway gerber collision is great and went beyond her job title to helpme with whatever i needed.
