You can see the Yelp review I left. That being said being told my car was going to be ready a week earlier than it was is completely unacceptable. When I tried to pin you guys down on a day that it would be ready after you missed your first two estimated date dates. On Tuesday afternoon I was told it wouldn’t be ready till Thursday so I was under the impression it would be ready then. I get a text on Wednesday afternoon that my car is ready. Problem is I took a different car to work which is what I was trying to avoid. And that created a whole fiasco because I did not want Gerber to have my car a single day longer than I needed to. You can’t over promise and under deliver on the 1st estimate. Miguel kept blaming the system and I just don’t find excuses to be helpful. It’s better to apologize, make it right and own the issue- probably wouldn’t have left the review that I did

Awesome how I was updated with detail information by text and the car was returned with an awesome shine. It was easy to get a rental and return it at the place repair was done. It also looks like gasoline was added so I didn't need to add gas when picked up. 100% satisfied! Great work on the Car.

Awesome work, follow up by text was awesome. Car was given back with a beautiful shine, better than when first bought. They finished before scheduled, 2 weeks ahead. All rental process was done in the shop. I would recommend to anyone.
