I usually don't respond to this type of request but I was really impressed with the repair and the extent that Gerber went to do a complete repair. It was one side of the bumper, and they repaired and painted the entire bumper, and the adjacent vinyl trim. They also cleaned and washed the entire car and even cleaned the chrome rims. When I asked how I could get the rest of my vinyl to look that good one of the techs said he overheard our conversation and told me what to get and how to do the cleanup. I felt that the people in that office Natty, Miguel and the tech went the extra mile to take care of the customer. To me it was service that you don't see much any more. They truly represented Gerber with excellent customer care I also was out of town and I was kept up to date on the progress the entire time. I will certainly let friends know the special kind of service I received. If necessary I will call on you in the future.

I was very satisfied with the service and product I received. The people at the Forsyth Gerber location are the true example of customer service Miguel, Natty and the tech that overheard me asking how I could get the same finish on my other Vinyl trim were great in their effort to make sure that all my questions were answered and I left more than satisfied.

Worked on my truck after an accident. Had to replace quite a bit of the front end. They communicated well throughout the whole process. Only thing that took time was waiting on parts to come in. Looks brand new and can’t even tell it was in an accident.
