We were not happy with how the damage on the rear quarter panels were addressed. We wanted all scratches and dings on the truck to be repaired. The estimator said our driver did not indicate this area was important, but I either find that hard to believe or the estimator did not understand our concerns. These areas were and still are a major eye sore. I would have expected someone at Gerber to question the work afterwards because it's not believable that we would spend over $6k to repair the damage on all sides of the truck but leave these areas untouched.
