While the work was very satisfactory and the staff were helpful, I often called and was sent to a voicemail that claimed it was full. Not professional.

The rather minor work kept my car close to a month due to an insurance company that had poor communication. I was asked by the staff to reach out to them albeit they weren’t my company. They were the company of the car that did the damage to my car. Very frustrating.

Paint job. This is basically a brand new truck ( under a year old) and the paint job shouldn’t have issues, given how long the shop had it.

Repair was made however the paint job on the non repaired part is horrible. The door that was painted I am guessing to blend has hard raised spots in random places and the bottom has an odd bubble look. On the roof and hood there is white paint which we are guessing is an overspray ( given the truck is red).

Communicated where the truck was in repair. We were quoted 1-2 weeks at our estimate ( if they needed to replace window it would be more on the 2 week). It ended up being 3 weeks with no window even needing to be replaced so that was slightly frustrating. Never actually spoke to anyone about why but we did receive text messages saying it would be 3 weeks.
