Ryan our estimator kept us informed at all times during the process. He is very focused on the customer. Our car met the due date to be finished on time. This is the 3rd time we have used Gerber….all 3 vehicles related to one person 😂

I had several interactions with Diane, the receptionist. It was obvious she genuinely cares about her customers and is a good communicator. Ryan, Logan, and Miguel all have the same attitude. There were parts availability problems and the managers searched aggressively to find them.
