My vehicle won’t hold any windshield washer fluid. The windshield washer reservoir is located right where I hit the deer. When I picked up my vehicle I noticed that there was an alert on my dash telling me to add washer fluid, and I figured the shop just forgot to fill it up after they replaced the reservoir. I filled it up 2 days ago and now it is empty again. I appreciate all the hard work that was put into my vehicle being worked on, but I feel like this is something that should’ve been easily noticed in the 3 months my vehicle was at the shop. It makes me wonder what else may be wrong that I haven’t noticed yet.

Gerber Glass and Collision team is amazing! I was very dubious as I'm very "picky" when it comes to my vehicle. In meeting both Mike and Ben I definitely got to know the mission and philosophy of the company and was very happy to learn they take their work very positive in making sure their customer is cared for 100%. The updates/status of my vehicle kept me very reassured when to expect completion of the repairs. I was very happy when I received the call that my car was completed! After dropping my rental car off in the morning, Enterprise dropped me off at Gerber. They have a great relationship in providing 100% to customer satisfaction. After rounding the area in which was damaged in the accident by an uninsured driver the damaged was repaired to a 100% pre-accident +. Thank you again for your personal touches in providing customer satisfaction!

As previously stated the service provided by Mike and Ben was outstanding! Mike while doing the estimate took attention to my detail in showing the damage, however he seen more damage and pointed it out, was very grateful. The while in the office had the pleasure of meeting Ben, he answered my questions related to the company and felt very comfortable with the care my vehicle would be receiving! When I picked my vehicle up, excited to see the transformation of the repairs I wanted to walk around my vehicle and was very pleased! The customer service spoke to the company's vision!
