Sorry to whoever is tasked with reading this. But Gerber scammed me. They told me my car was fixed after a month of having it when they said it would take two weeks. Then I go to pick it up and it’s not fixed so they then put me in a new rental cause I had already returned the other one and then charged me to finishing fixing my car so I payed 500 dollars when I was told it was only 250. I would never send anyone here and I hope no one else gets screwed because they don’t want to cover their mistakes at Gerber. 0/10 never go here

Everybody has been very polite and cordial. Suggesting that car parts should/could arrive on weekends, it could prevent delays in repair. I'm sure this has all been suggested before; possibly a drop box for small incoming parts on weekends, and fixing communication with parts suppliers.
