My vehicle had a significant amount of damage. The hood was crunched up and the front bumper, light and windshield were smashed. Bob and the whole team were very supportive and understanding. I am so grateful for Bob and all the hard work he put in to getting the parts for my vehicle. Looking at my car you would never thought it was in an accident. I appreciated the transparency from Bob. He was kind and let me know all the details of the process of repairing everything. It was a really difficult time losing my vehicle and the financial cost for repairs and insurance. The team at Gerber are professional, kind, honest and Bob knows what he is doing. I feel that now days those things are hard to find so they should be commended. Thank you for making such a difficult time in my life more bearable. My SUV looks beautiful! Please tell them all thank you.

The stereo sound got messed up and I has to take it to car stereo since your personnel could not fix it. And the door handle cap broke and had to come back. Also the driver rear view mirror was not working and had to go back and still has shaking.
