Making an appointment I was told both claims could be repaired for that appointment including my hail. Dropping off my car I was informed they were completely booked until the end of the year for hail damage. When My car was finished I realized they had broke my door handle. They said they would order the part to replace it. They called for an update said the part would be in, in 3-5 days. Over a week went by with no update. When I called they said it would be longer because they are having trouble getting the part.

Still need the spoiler on the tailgate to be properly aligned evenly on the driver's side of the tailgate. Taking it back to Gerber on 6/7 @ 8:30 am for proper adjustment.

Wow! Truck looks amazing. You would never know it had hail damage. And the time frame they did the repairs in is amazing, even with a supplemental insurance delay. Highly recommend Gerbers! Great staff and great work. Never would know truck had hail damage. Truck looks great! Courtney and Jamal were great to work with. Even with a supplemental claim, truck was repaired on time frame given. Great shop and highly recommend.
