Outside and inside of vehicle was dirty from outside dust. Windshield wiper fluid doesn’t come out anymore since being at the shop, but I can’t confirm that they did anything ti cause the damage.

I had to take my vehicle back several times due to miscommunications. Bad timing with calibration services knowing that I would be waiting in shop and inadequate understanding of the part that had been brought in. Once we figured out what the actual issue was, it was put on and corrected. However, the technician the put the part on then proceeded to scratch up the passenger fender and passenger door. Looks like he may have been wearing a ring during installation. The only reason I’m not giving a 1 is the general manager doing everything in his power to make it right and not charge or nickel and dime me for services. He attempted to work with my schedule and personally gave me rides back to my home, when needed. However, I find myself extremely hard-pressed to want to recommend or want to come back to this location due to the lack of quality control in the back of the house. I am wanting to get the paint repairs done in a timely manner since they were damaged by the company, but after that, I’m not sure I would want to come back for out of pocket work.
