Our car was stolen and once it was recovered our insurance gave us a list of auto body shops in the area that they work with, luckily we chose Gerber. Arnold was absolutely amazing! He called and/or texted me daily with updates on the repair to our car and is just a super nice person. We felt like he really cared, not just about having to contact us but about us and that we felt well taken care of. The repair team was thorough and worked timely. From start to finish I was treated with the utmost respect. The repairs on my car were done quickly, smoothly and efficiently.
