To whom it may concern, I was very satisfied with the fast and professional attention we received from both Ezra and the manager Robert. They explained the whole process very thorough and I was very pleased to know they were handling our repairs. On a few occasions Robert stayed past closing time to accommodate my wife’s and my schedule which was a very big plus. I will definitely be recommending Gerber to friends and family in the future as I was dissatisfied with Caliber collision on previous occasions. Thanks a lot for everything and for restoring my wife’s car to its pre-collision state.
