Unfortunately, I’ve had the “pleasure” of seeking repairs from Gerber a couple of times in the past year. Each time, the customer service was stellar. Everyone was professional and courteous, especially Mike. Gerber was responsive and provided regular updates on the status of the repair. This time was no exception. I hope I never have to see Gerber again, but if me or my friends and family ever need a țrepair, I know where to go or send them.
