They did a great job, when I got my car back My windows were cleaner, the dash was cleaner, not to mention my car was restored to prior shape looked new. Would highly recommend them. Also with Allstate repairs are guaranteed for life.

We won't return and definitely won't recommend to others unless it's their only option for repair. Really sucks because we have had a great experience in the past there. Maybe the staff has just changed too much?

Entirely unsure that the repairs were done correctly considering that several parts were missing upon pickup. This will cost more money to have another shop take a look to make sure all was done and more gaskets or other pieces aren't missing. We chose this shop because we had a great experience in the past, but this time was a bit of a mess at the end. Really frustrating.

Pretty indifferent. Kenny was very kind and professional through it all and the paint tech that fixed the scratch was great and very professional. The tech that tried to pry the mirror cap off was not a fan of my car which was odd and Bonnie at the front desk made text message communication a bit confusing. Overall, lots of room for improvement!
