I’m satisfied. For commercial customers I do recommend that with vehicles that are lettered get the work to sub the work out to a local shop to get the vehicle back as the way it was brought in. Many businesses are extremely busy to take work out to get the work done.

The team were incredibly dedicated to getting this situation resolved. It was a ridiculously extensive issue for a small incident, yet no one at the shop backed down, or gave up. Communication was clutch and made the waiting on Toyota tolerable. Thank you all for your dedication and efforts, I appreciate all of you!
