Upon attaining the car, we noticed several issues. Both front fenders are misaligned. Drivers side door sits a 1/4" inside of the drivers side front fender. Lots of paint chips and missing paint. The whole underside of the hood is cracked. Front bumper has many defects in it. Missing bolts for components that were replaced. Upon others. The work is no where near factory standard and I won't be liable for 1 star work when my lease is up.

Excellent work from all Gerber Staff! Communication, scheduling, time frame, availability, performance, friendliest, finished product, all was above and beyond. Couldn’t have had a better experience for vehicle repair. Would recommend to anybody, and staff was amazing!

I had 2 repairs done at once. One was insurance and one was paid by a third party. Bianca was extremely helpful with the whole process and with communication with me throughout it all. I also had a loose mudflap that was not accident related that they re-attached for me which I appreciate so very much! My car was very clean and fresh when I picked it up. Felt like a new car! What a relief! Im hoping we have no more accidents, but if we ever need to return we will! And I will recommend Gerber to anyone! Thank you for the wonderful service!

Bianca made the whole process easy and go very smoothly for me. She communicated uodates with me very well and was very kind. The car looks good as new! And was even freshly cleaned which i did not expect. They even repaired a mudflap that wasn't accident related. I appreciate that so much! Definitely will recommend Gerber!
