I was happy with the final product; however, getting to the end was frustrating. I was disappointed when I had to pick up my car (the sunroof glass came in broken) and there was still glass in the backseat. I thought the backseat would be cleaned at least when I picked it up. I understand the glass arriving broken was outside of your control, but I was already frustrated with that and taking home my still broken car with the glass still in the screen over my head and in the backseat added to my frustrations. That being said, I was very satisfied with the final product. My car looks great and it was very nicely cleaned. Thank you!

My car looks fantastic, and it was cleaned really nicely. I really appreciate that. My only disappointment was picking it up after the first sunroof came in broken. I understand that was out of your control; however, the wrap that was meant to cover my sunroof came off as I was driving (after about 3 minutes) and I had to return to have it taped down. And I had glass over my head in the screen and all over my backseat for the month it took for the new glass to arrive. I was hoping the glass would have been cleaned out when I picked it up th first time. That being said, my car was very nicely cleaned after the window was finally installed. It looks fantastic and Gerber did a great job.

This was my first experience with Gerber Collision. From the first communication with them until I got my truck back. I was nothing but impressed. They scheduled my repair quickly, kept me updated on the progress and delivered my truck back within a week. It's also very convenient to have Enterprise Rental right next door. I will definitely recommend them.

They kept me updated on the progress of my repair. When they were finished, they told me that they would wait for me to get there to pick up the truck even if I arrived a little after they closed. I did get there about 5 min early, but I was happy they would have waited!
