I don’t know where to begin. Having to deal with the discomfort of dealing with being in an accident, I was quickly put at ease with the secretary at the front desk (Isabela)and the Estimator, Mariano, Both were friendly with positive and genuine attitudes. I was treated as a valued customer. As Isabela began the paperwork for an estimate, she was organized efficient and polite. Mariano came in and introduced himself and asked if everyone was alright from the accident. I said thank God yes. Mariano walked around my vehicle explaining and assessing the damage and explaining the process. I felt assured that I was dealing with a man of integrity. Mariano, kept his word , calling keeping me updated on my cars progress and estimated date it would be ready I can’t praise this business enough! Their professionalism stood out with outstanding customer service! My car looked like it was never in an accident! Very pleased! Thank you!
