The car looks great! It was nice the way the car rental works with you. So convenient. Car was finished a day early. Hopefully I never need to come back but if I do I would come to Gerber.

I have been to this repair twice now and both times they went over and beyond. For my second visit, Mariano was the main one assisting me and he went above and beyond with this repair. Not only did they perfectly fix the damages from my accident, but even went above and beyond and went out of their way to fix some interior damages I had(the leather on the doors were ‘peeling off’). Mariano also went out of his was to give me consistent phone calls and text messages throughout the entire repair process. They even had the vehicle fixed days before the expected finish date. They are truly the most reliable mechanic shop I have ever been to. This is now my new favorite place to go to if I ever do get into a car accident again. 100% would recommend to everyone and anyone.

Llevé mi camioneta por un golpe que otra persona ocasionó. Me la arreglaron bien estéticamente pero cuando la entregué mi camioneta no traía Check Engine y cuando me la entregaron, me la dejaron con la luz del check engine encendido y llamo a hacer el reclamo y su respuesta fue "el golpe no fue tan duro como para tener el check engine encendido, si ya lo tiene encendido no es por culpa del golpe." Desde que yo compré la camioneta nunca me había salido la luz del check engine hasta que salió de allá; ahora ellos se lavaron las manos, me entregaron una camioneta "bien estéticamente" pero ahora tengo el check engine prendido y jamás recibí respuesta ni arreglo de ese testigo.

Car is looking to the sky parallel rails out of proper specifications 4 degrees more in other words the vehicle is not level involving potential security issues from break sensor until nigh lights. During the night I have complaints from others drivers they assume that I have the high beams on.

Total dissatisfaction the repair turned the vehicle into total unsafe to drive from the beginning they forget to remove some spring tensors if I'm not aware of this little problem more like something wrong would happen
