You folks repaired the rear bumper skin on my Audi. The repair looks excellent with excellent paint matching. You folks removed the rear bumper skin to perform the plastic welding and painting. All of the panel alignments look great upon re-installation. So what is the issue? The main damage was a small tear and scuff on the driver's side, however there was also a significant scuff on the passenger side on the bottom of the painted bumper skin that faces to the ground. I didn't really think I would have to specifically ask for the scuff on the passenger side to be repaired as well. I was expecting the entire bumper skin to be addressed not just one spot. After spending $1500 to repair a minor scuff on the driver's I can't imagine that you would have not realized that I wanted a fully repaired bumper skin. At a minimum you should have at least asked for clarification.

The finished product was beyond our expectations. We appreciated the fact of the concern and making sure that everything was exactly the way it should’ve been and also the fact that they clean my car inside and out! It was an amazing experience

This is the 3rd time I have had body work done at your place. My truck, I picked up today and the paint job looked Perfect. the work on my 2008 Mercedes CLK Convertible was a 9 out of 10. My only complaint was that although the hood paint looked nice and shinny there was 2-3 specks of dirt in the paint. I am picky so I still gave it a 9 out of 10. I will continue to use your auto body and I tell others all the time.
