I'm a repeat customer, and each time, Gerber has done a fantastic job. With my most recent experience, after pick up, I noticed my drivers seat was slightly ripped, and there was discoloration on the front passenger upholstery. After chatting with the manager, I realize that they were probably not the cause, and it was something I totally overlooked in my busy-ness. I appreciate the managers kindness and patience while we chatted. Gerber takes pictures of the interior and exterior of each vehicle prior to repair. That helped me realize these items were a total oversight on my part. I won't hesitate to use them again if needed.

Twice the estimated total, 6 days later than first thought, and no knowledge of the plastic overwrap. I had a minor scrape a year ago that I elected not to repair, but I had gone to Gerber in Kennewick. They were fully aware of the vehicle and the overwrap.

Gerber does an excellent job. This was the 2nd time in a few months that the same area was crunched. Both times it came back flawless and looking like brand new. They also did a beautiful detailed cleaning job on the interior which we really appreciate! The front desk guy and contact person, Ryan, is very calm, nice, and understanding when dealing with customers, schedules, and final paperwork. Professional all around.
