Apparently there was no damage so nothing was done until I took it to a mechanic and they found $3000 worth of damage and some of it they said is that they’ve seen on car Rex so I don’t know

This was the easiest process I’ve ever dealt with. Everyone I dealt with was very kind and Knowledgeable. The guy at the front desk was so kind, (I forgot his name). I got updates on my car repair every other day or so by Morris so that was a plus! Will definitely come back whenever I need to get body work done on any of my cars. Thanks Gerber Collision.

Check invoice once I got home notice all replacement parts were non OEM don't understand why original Lexus parts weren't used? The new OEM driver headlight LEDs are a different color than the original passenger headlight. Not happy about it.

The car driver headlight was hit by a deer and it pushed the original driver headlight into the driver fender. After picking up the car I notice there is a paint on the edge of where the headlight would touch. So they over looked and didn't bill my insurance to remedy the paint chip.

Failed to repair the fender that had a paint chip, and failed to find a matching non OEM headlight that had the same OEM yellowish LED glow

Would have appreciated a phone call after they installed the headlight and the LED color of the replacement headlight didn't match the passenger side. Would have like to have been given the option to also replace the right side before putting the front bumper back on. Now I would have to pay additional labor cost to replace the right side.
