Hansen's collision of Rockford repaired my car but left multiple flaws took it their to be fixed that day but they only looked at it and said schedule an appointment next week. went back the next week the reseptionest did not call when completed and repairs were no better if not worse than they were before. Drove a few hundred miles on my two vehicles for crap.

Everyone was friendly and my looks great. The only things I had was no one called to schedule me in and I didn't get in until I returned a phone call and asked and my car was covered in pollin when I got it back and had to wash it. So a wash would have been nice. But overall these weren't big things and I'm happy.
