Mostly very good. Jessica at Round Lake was great to deal with. Staff seemed to ignore Jessica the few times I was there, when she was doing her best to help me. Also, sidewalk was unsalted and as a result, I fell. Despite me telling 3 people that I fell and landed on wrist, elbow, and Nook that I was carrying, no one seemed to care. Again, car looks great, but outside of Jessica, human interactions left something to be desired. Hope someone at corporate addresses my fall and the fact no one seemed to care.

Tim and Jessica were both very professional to deal with. We were updated regularly with the progress of the repair work. Jessica is great at her job. She is very friendly and helpful in answering my questions. She also arranged to have an employee pick me up at home when my car was ready. Thank you all for making this repair 'painless'.
