I’m so happy with our Gerber experience! Not only does our car look perfect, they were able to get it done earlier than originally stated! They knew we were heading out for vacation and did their best to get it done for us asap. Our tech Nick was so knowledgeable and understanding of our dilemma and really worked with his people to help get it done quickly and correctly. Thanks Gerber!

Well, it’s my second time there. June just happens to be a bad year for me last year. I was there in June this year in June but your facility is unbelievable Jeremy and the other ladies that work with him and the fun office for exceptional outstanding I recommend and have recommended this place to other people. Your work was impeccable. It was done on time actually a day earlier and being now that I know that you guys do an outstanding job. I’ll be recommending this to all my friends and with that being said Jeremy, you get a free ride on my boat this summer and the three ladies. I am so grateful that you guys asked me for my opinion. I really enjoy telling the truth.

Does Allstate own Gerber Collision & Glass? After my experience, I honestly found myself wondering because it often felt like the insurance company's interests came before mine as the customer. I would not recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to ANYONE based on my experience. Before my rear-end accident, my vehicle drove perfectly. After the collision, it immediately began having drivability issues that were never present before. I explained these concerns to Jeremy from the very beginning and repeatedly asked that my vehicle be properly inspected and diagnosed to determine what had been affected beyond the visible damage. Instead, I felt there was very little urgency to investigate my concerns. The focus seemed to remain on repairing the visible damage while the mechanical and safety concerns I reported were pushed aside. I also felt there was reluctance to pursue supplemental estimates for important issues I raised, including concerns involving the airbag system and seatbelt restraints. Once the body repairs were finished, there was significant pressure to pick up my vehicle, including repeated calls to both me and my spouse. What made this experience even worse was receiving an email stating that it was their understanding my concerns were "pre-existing issues" and warning that trying to include unrelated damage would be considered insurance fraud. That was extremely insulting. At no point was I asking anyone to include unrelated damage. I asked for one thing from the beginning: properly inspect and diagnose my vehicle because it was no longer driving the way it had before I was rear-ended. Gerber even documented that my vehicle was not operating properly during post-repair procedures and identified diagnostic fault codes, yet I still left with a vehicle that is not operating the way it did before the accident. I continue to experience drivability issues and dashboard warning messages that did not exist before the collision. Throughout this process, I felt like Gerber was more concerned with what the insurance company was willing to approve than fully investigating and documenting the concerns I repeatedly brought to their attention. As the customer, I expected Gerber to advocate for a complete and proper repair—not make me feel like I had to fight to have my concerns taken seriously. DO NOT STEP FOOT INTO THIS SHOP unless you're prepared to document every conversation, question every decision, and potentially leave with more questions than answers. My experience was frustrating, exhausting, and incredibly disappointing. I trusted Gerber to restore my vehicle to its pre-accident condition, and I left feeling dismissed, accused instead of helped, and still driving a vehicle that has unresolved issues. I will never return to Gerber Collision & Glass, and I would never recommend this shop to my family, friends, or anyone who expects a thorough inspection, honest communication, and a repair process that puts the customer first.
